Massage

Maintenance

Lasting between 1 and 1 1/2 hours, the maintenance massage focuses on corrective and preventative techniques. Results can be noticeable after the first 24-48 hours. Typically, at least three sessions are recommended. Muscles will loosen over multiple sessions allowing deeper and deeper access to various muscle tissue to completely address the root cause and free any tension.

Why Massage...

I received my certification in equine sports massage therapy from Animal Dynamics in Ocala, FL in 2009. We often ask our horses to do things that we ourselves cannot even manage without becoming sore and stiff and even developing injuries. Our horses are not only our partners, but a financial investment that we hope will be blessings to us with an emotional and useful return for years to come.

Adding regular massages or even occasional massages to your horse's routine will not only address any current issues, but will assist in the prevention of future issues, relieving both physical and mental stress.
